Job Description
1.Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the hotel, targeting key revenue streams such as Rooms, F&B outlets, and Spa, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
2.Market Research & Customer Journey Optimization
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior and tailor strategies that address all stages of the customer journey: Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Retention, and Advocacy.
3.Marketing Campaigns & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of both paid and organic marketing campaigns to effectively promote the hotel and its offerings to the intended audience. For specialty F&B Offerings work closely with regional marketing manager
4.Content Creation & Social Media Management
Oversee the creation of visual and written content, coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand consistency. Design and manage social media strategies to boost engagement and enhance the hotel's digital presence.
5.Collaborative Event Planning & Influencer Partnerships
Partner with the F&B and Spa teams to conceptualize and execute F&B and lifestyle events aimed at generating media coverage. Work closely with agencies and influencers to maximize organic media exposure and plan initiatives to secure awards and accolades for the hotel's brand, restaurants, and spa.
6.Competitor Analysis & Digital Content Management
Continuously track competitor activities, especially in brand positioning, and ensure all digital content (hotel website, third-party sites) remains accurate and consistent with the hotel's messaging.
7.Budget Control & ROI Tracking
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities contribute to the hotel's business objectives. Regularly report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and overall marketing performance to key stakeholders.
8.Media Relations & PR Coordination
Collaborate with regional and corporate PR teams to implement PR strategies that elevate the hotel's visibility in local, national, and international media. Handle media inquiries and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
9.Crisis Management & Brand Reputation
Support crisis communication efforts in coordination with regional and corporate PR leaders and the General Manager, ensuring any negative publicity is managed efficiently and the brand's reputation is upheld.
10.Compliance & Cross-functional Coordination
Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with internal and external policies. Work closely with different departments like F&B, Spa, and Corporate PR to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
