Mapping Specialist ARIS/VISIO

The Business Process Mapping Specialist will be responsible for designing, documenting, and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process modeling and be proficient in using ARIS and/or VISIO tools to create comprehensive process maps. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to understand and document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts using ARIS and VISIO tools to document current state and future state business processes.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure accurate process documentation.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation, ensuring it is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Training: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Project Management: Manage and support process mapping projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure all process documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in business process mapping and modeling.
• Proficiency in ARIS and VISIO tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is desirable.
• Work timings: 6 PM to 2 AM

Education and Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) and Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL), one of these certifications would be nice to have.
