Position: Digital Twin Senior Architect (Manufacturing Operation)
We are seeking an experienced Digital Twin Senior Architect with expertise in plant and process simulations using Dassault Twin technologies. This role spans Manufacturing, Engineering, Capital Projects, Integrated Asset Management, and SDV.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead architecture and design of digital twin solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement Dassault systems tools like DELMIA, CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Build digital twins incorporating process simulations, plant models, data analytics, IoT integrations, real-time monitoring, and predictive maintenance tools.
- Integrate immersive visualization solutions using VR/AR technologies.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
- Innovate by staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Customer Collaboration
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored digital twin solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions through excellent communication and project management skills.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Conduct internal training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in building Digital Twins using Dassault Products.
- Deep knowledge of Dassault tools like DELMIA, CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Extensive experience in plant and process simulations, including virtual commissioning, process optimization, and layout planning.
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and C++.
- Expertise in integrating IoT devices and sensors for real-time data acquisition.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
- Experience with VR/AR technologies for creating immersive visualization solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
