As a manufacturing operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end procurement process and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition and movement of materials. You will also be responsible to guarantee timely delivery and optimal inventory levels, supporting the seamless production and delivery of products.
Negotiate the pricing and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent and timely deliveries.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Plan and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels.
Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Must have a degree in Supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field (UG / PG).- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or logistics management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strategic relationships with suppliers.- Willingness to travel as needed to visit suppliers and oversee logistics operations.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in maintaining accounts for the logistics.
Must be proficient in Ms Excel.
