Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and dispatching departments.
- Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, clients requirements, and financial planning.
- Successfully drive and maintain high morale, employee engagement, safety and teamwork in a non-union facility.
- Improve & Monitor cost productivity while ensuring all clients commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and of quality for all production procedures.
- Promote a working environment that empowers and inspires employee involvement to achieve excellence in productivity, clients service, quality, inventory .
- Lead and engage organization to achieve goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction.
- Provides the direction and necessary resources to establish safety and environmental performance that meets established goals for the Plant.
- Interaction with administrative support, reviewing daily production, Quality, activities, including operating, billing, and inventory reports to determine changes that need to be made in the facility
- Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed.
- Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facility.
- Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements.
- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Required Ten or more years of experience in plant operations. . Proven skills in leadership and supervision.
- Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Bachelors / Master's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business, engineering, or related field.
- Required experience in Paper Industries, Plywood Industries And Paint Industries.
