About The Job
Integrated circuit manufacturing relies on advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities, equipment integration, and workflow automation. This role will analyze requirements for new features, configure and maintain the MES, design and execute test plans, manage information including measured data, recipes, and routings, operationalize and document manufacturing processes, and advise on and implement improvements and corrective actions.
About The Team
Our team, part of Keysight Laboratories High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC), builds and supports software solutions that help manufacture and test integrated circuits and advanced packaging technologies made in Keysight's Santa Rosa wafer fabrication facility. HFTC's ability to rapidly innovate and deliver the world's best high frequency technology provides fundamental differentiation for electronic measurement products.
Responsibilities
Manages MES user support and resolves technical issues.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements to guide design of new features.
Implements system updates and improvements in collaboration with IT.
Maintains and updates documentation and training materials
Executes regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaborates with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develops and maintains system performance monitoring protocols.
Supports and assists in development of manufacturing data visualizations.
Administers compliance checks.
Works overtime as needed to support production and projects.
Assists in providing continuous 24/7 manufacturing support.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System software
- Ability and desire to work in dynamic environment with several priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
Experience with or interest in:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Critical Manufacturing MES Professional Certification highly desired.
- Relational database management systems (RDBMS), ideally SQL Server Transact-SQL (T-SQL), SQL Server Reporting Services
- Experience with data aggregation, reporting, and visualization tools
- Programming, ideally using C#, .NET and Visual Studio
