Job Description

Job Title: Manual Salesforce QA

Experience: 5-6 Years

Budget: 8-10 LPA

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Job Overview

We have an urgent requirement for a skilled Manual Salesforce QA to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in component-level and integration testing, with

extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and related functionalities. This role is remote

and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct component-level and integration testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations.
  • Understand and test Service Cloud features, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layout Assignment, and Record Type Assignment.
  • Verify field-level and object-level security and role hierarchy.
  • Write and execute SOQL queries using Salesforce Inspector and Developer Tools.
  • Test and validate CRM Analytics (TCRM).
  • Utilize MS Excel formulas and Data Loader for data management and testing.
  • Understand and manage EAC (Enterprise Application Control) and notifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Owners (POs), Development Leads, and provide effort estimations.
  • Follow SCRUM methodology and participate in Agile practices.
  • Maintain a positive mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and go above and

beyond as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Manual Salesforce QA.
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layout Assignment, and Record Type Assignment.
  • Proficiency in checking field-level and object-level security and role hierarchy.
  • Excellent skills in writing SOQL queries using Salesforce Inspector and Developer Tools.
  • Experience in testing CRM Analytics (TCRM).
  • Good understanding of MS Excel formulas and Data Loader.
  • Knowledge of EAC and notification systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in interacting with POs and Dev leads.
  • Ability to provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
