Identifies the test scope and co-ordinates the test environment set-up, contributing to complex aspects of a project.
Ensures all test issues are documented and analysed and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
Develops internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.
Keeps abreast of the latest technologies and identifies areas for continuous improvement.
Contributes in identifying areas where process and service improvements can be made and develops recommendations.
Contributes in conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions on business processes.
Contributes on the established best testing practices within the team.
Works closely with Development, Product/Business Analysts, and other Software Engineering functions to ensure high quality on-time delivery
Works with the team in assessing opportunities to strengthen definition of done and get us closer to delivering working software at the end of every sprint.

Requirement:
Experience upto 2 years
A Bachelors/College Degree would be beneficial and extensive and of experience in a technology related discipline, such as IT or Engineering is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Demonstrate understanding of SDLC process. Experience in Agile/Scrum framework.
Creates test scenarios from functional requirements and/or User Stories using the Gherkin format
Contribute to testing strategy for product that lead to high quality releases
Experience in writing T-SQL
Experience with the use of SQL Management Studio
Manages time effectively by placing the right focus on value added operations
Knowledge of tools and techniques used in manual testing
Working knowledge of the following technologies and how it impacts testing: JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS, XML, Angular, load balancing, single/multi tenancy, and rational database design concepts
Deeply understands practices of agile software development
Should have working in BFSI space
Familiarity in Automation Testing
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Quality Centre test tools
Create and drive Regression testing strategy for product
