Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both manual testing and automation frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.
• Utilize automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) to create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not introduce new issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on testing best practices and quality assurance processes.
• Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance testing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
