Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in BRM development and management, including at least 3 years in the Telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of BRM technologies, including PDC,ECE,BSS TA,BIP
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Certifications in BRM and CNE and project management are a plus.
This role requires a balance of technical, management, and business skills to effectively lead a team and deliver high-quality BRM projects in the Telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the progress of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction. This includes coordinating with other teams, resolving any issues or conflicts, and reporting on project status.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of BRM developers, architects, and other technical staff. This includes assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources and training.
Business Analysis: Understand the clients business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This includes working closely with clients, business analysts, and architects to design and implement effective Siebel solutions.
Technical Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of BRM technologies, Telecom industry practices, and project management methodologies. This knowledge should be used to provide guidance to the team and make informed decisions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the projects by reviewing the design and code, conducting tests, and managing any issues or defects.
