Job Description
- Leading customer workshops for the SF implementation and optimization project, Should be able to communicate experience from implementation projects with different customers
- Experience with supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment Marketing & Learning Management Solutions,
- Must have HR process understanding, this includes consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
- Assists in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management
- Configure & design SuccessFactors SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing & Learning Management, and/or related systems.
- Configure & design SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession & Career development, and/or related systems
- To make recommendations in support of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing & Learning Management modules
- Experience supporting a large-scale corporate management
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR colleagues and business stakeholders

- Key Responsibilities:Establish partnerships with business teams responsible for understanding business needs and designing and developing solutions that meet those needs
- Generate vision and prepare roadmap based on latest technology trends and enterprise technology strategy
- Actively collaborate with other product owners and development teams to understand the impact on solutions and ensure solutions needs are delivered
- Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer queries and technical inquiries
- Manage the Product backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items, and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
- Work closely with development teams in the Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
- Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether the final product is acceptable. Performance of product, in general, includes for example value delivery, user satisfaction, the performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product, and deployment/roll-out performance.
- Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and perform testing accordingly to support the design sessions and to fulfil business requirements
- Recommend the best solution to meet business needs considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance, and stability
In charge forSupport of Payroll / HRMS application on PAN India basis.
Coordinate with Cross Functional teams of IT Dept like Functional, Administration and Infrastructure.
Set KPIs/ Goal for Team.
Handle Project Management and People Management.
- Evaluate and Coordinate with Vendors.
- Good knowledge of HRMS Functions, Updating oneself on latest statutory requirements like Income Tax, PF, Labour Welfare, P. Tax etc.
- Giving support / consultation to users for automating HR processes.
- Responsible for SOX compliance. Handling Internal audit with Japanese team and External auditor appointed from Japan.
- Execution of SOX information and submission to auditor
- Deliverables in time.
- Responsible to update patches provided by the vendors
- Responsible for support and new workflow application development in Java, .net, Lotus Noted
- Implementation of HRMS Platform
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge and experience of software development methodologies - Agile, Scrum & Waterfall
- Exposure to sprint planning, user story grooming, and estimation techniques
- Exposure to various PM tools such as MS Project, MS Office, Jira, TFS, etc.
- Logically sound with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with great communication ability (verbal and written)
- Have managed the time-critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people management skills, who can direct, manage and motivate the team
- Professional commitment, detail orientated, high focus on quality, passion for learning new skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in the field of computer science or related disciplines.
