DESIGNATION : Manager US Sales Operations

QUALIFICATION : UG or PG-Finance and Accounting Background

LOCATION: Mumbai/Noida/Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

CTC : 15-17 LPA

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Total experience 8+ years in Financial Service or Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting- strong knowledge of planning concepts

  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

WORK-DAYS: MON-FRI.

WORK-TIMINGS: US Shift (4:30 PM/5:30 PM IST onwards)

SKILLS REQUIRED: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, including outbound calls to potential clients

  • Proficient in crafting initial pitches, securing meetings, and engaging decision-makers effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including the formulation of price quotes
  • Strong research capabilities to identify key decision-makers and relevant points of contact (RPC)
  • Experience in utilizing MS Office products and sales CRM platforms efficiently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, fostering meaningful conversations
  • Independent, proactive, and able to contribute significantly as part of a team

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively source new sales opportunities through individual effort, including outbound cold calls, emails, and networking, to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Efficiently route qualified opportunities to the onsite US sales rep, scheduling meetings to drive the sales process forward
  • Collaborate closely with the onsite US sales rep and the sales team to strategically develop and expand the F&A sales pipeline, contributing directly to the team's success
  • Maintain and update prospect data within HubSpot, ensuring all communications and interactions are recorded for seamless follow-up and conversion
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through various communication channels, establishing trust and a clear understanding of client needs
  • Initiate and manage follow-up communications to advance prospects through the sales funnel, leading to successful deal closures
  • Elevate client awareness and preference for our business and services, effectively communicating our brand identity and corporate positioning
  • Participate in sales training sessions as applicable, continuously honing skills and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Assume responsibility for meeting individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 1,500,000.00 - 1,900,000.00 per year
