Qualifications:
Masters/ Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology, microbiology, etc.)
A minimum of 11 years of experience in life science research and development
Prior experience in probiotics is mandatory Extensive expertise in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and industry
best practices. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior
scientists. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in
pharmaceutical research. Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and research projects
