  • Documentation for Term Loan, CC, WCDL etc.
  • Preparation of CMA Data, Bank Note etc and other relevant information for Lenders.
  • Treasury Operations and Cash Management of the company.
  • Timely debt servicing - Principal Instalments and interest dues should be paid well within the time schedule as per the loan documents.
  • Tracking and ensuring compliance with financial & other covenants specified by Lenders and filing reports as required.
  • Timely prepare presentation and profile of the company.
