Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager training Softskills at Apexseekers in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for supervising and developing training programs, improving communication skills, delivering customer service training, and enhancing overall training and development strategies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Training & Development and Training skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

Extensive travelling within Tamil Nadu is mandatory for this position
