- Assist with Comp & Ben modeling/scenario building/reporting, eg preparing different promotion, merit increase scenarios/modeling,
- Manage ODT tool and prepare ODT input for offers,
- Help with AMI tool data reconciliation,
- Help with Annual Merit, Annual Bonus and RSU grant reconciliation and Workday update,
Payroll
- Keep track of Statutory changes in payroll component and workday update eg Statewide minimum wage,
- Promotions data reconciliation, collaborating with Workday team on promotions update,
- Review Payroll inputs and along with sharing responsibility of preparing some of inputs,
- Maintain TRS portal update, collaborative with Insurance vendor, Finance, and global team for portal update,
- Checker for monthly New Hire RSU working,
- Co-ordinate with auditors for completion of internal and statutory audits for payroll,
- Monthly CD balance reconciliation and payment for insurance,
- Help with process improvement/automation initiatives,
ServiceNow
- Handle Annual bonus and Stock related ServiceNow queries ,
