Job Description

Business Development

  • Develop strategies to promote third party products and increase market penetration within the assigned zone.
  • Generate regular reports to track sales performance, market trends etc.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of follow up and to optimize results.
  • Ensure branches are achieving their target on monthly basis.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Arrange marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness and drive demand for third party products.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

Training and Support

  • Provide training and support to the branch team on third party products including features, benefits and sales techniques in coordination with the Affinity department in CO.
  • Serve as an expert on third-party products, addressing enquiries and providing guidance to the branches and customers.
