Business Development
- Develop strategies to promote third party products and increase market penetration within the assigned zone.
- Generate regular reports to track sales performance, market trends etc.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of follow up and to optimize results.
- Ensure branches are achieving their target on monthly basis.
Marketing and Promotion
- Arrange marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness and drive demand for third party products.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Training and Support
- Provide training and support to the branch team on third party products including features, benefits and sales techniques in coordination with the Affinity department in CO.
- Serve as an expert on third-party products, addressing enquiries and providing guidance to the branches and customers.
