- Ensure that branches meet their monthly targets.
Marketing And Promotion
- Organize marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance awareness and stimulate demand for third party products.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing endeavors and adapt strategies to maximize results.
Training And Support
- Deliver training and support to branch teams on third party products, including their features, benefits, and sales techniques in collaboration with the CO's Affinity department.
- Act as a subject matter expert on third-party products, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to branches and customers.
