Manager Tendering - Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)

Description

We are seeking a Manager Tendering to join our team and assist in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) tendering process. The ideal candidate will have 6-15 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong knowledge and skills in EPC tendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPC tendering process from initiation to finalization
• Analyze technical and commercial aspects of tender documents and identify risks and opportunities
• Develop tender strategies and pricing models to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of tenders
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Manage the tendering team and provide guidance and support as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 6-15 years of experience in EPC tendering, preferably in the job market context of India
• Strong knowledge of EPC tendering processes, including technical and commercial aspects
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify risks and opportunities
• Experience in developing tender strategies and pricing models
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and support as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
