We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the factory floor, ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and adherence to production schedules. They manage a team of production workers and coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets and quality standards.excellence.

• Department: Production & Operations | Job Location - Bantala, Kolkata | Report To - Senior Manager - Operations

• QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Educational Qualification: (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering, (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering (Preferably but not Mandatory)

• Experience: 3-5 years

• Salary Range:
• 6L - 4.00L P.A.

• What You Will Do

Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Timely order despatch

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels.

Assist in the planning and execution of materials and product shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 360,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
