Position Overview:
Shyftlabs is looking for a Techno functional manager to support its Oracle Retail Applications & Integrations. A leader who delivers techno functional application objectives, ensuring continuous improvement, strategic planning for system upgrades, manages cross functional offshore teams (FTE's, multi-vendors).
Job Responsibilities:
- An Innovator Has a long-term vision in terms of business value to the customer, can understand and drive the problems that must be solved for the final goal to be realized. Conducts software and hardware requirements reviews, preliminary and critical design reviews, and software acceptance reviews for solutions
A facilitator lead conversations and partner with business teams (e.g., evaluating current processes /challenges, effectively communicating analytical solutions / results)
An owner takes ownership of initiatives and can progress independently, while providing thoughtful guidance to others. Suggesting the next best step vs. needing this to be provided. Owns functional area/feature(s) Operations, development/implementation, design, solution, etc.
A driver motivated by delivering tangible business results. manage expectations and deliver to timelines, transitioning seamlessly between coding and business engagement
Domain expertise have a solid foundation of retail merchandising, pricing, supply chain functions
A Solver - Able to take on the most complex tasks and problem-solving efforts
An Executor Ensures objectives are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Computer Science or similar.
14+ years of experience with Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB) & Integrations.
Analytical skills - understanding for application/implementation, problem solving.
Assertive written and verbal communication to lead team and stakeholders.
Very strong Oracle Retail functional knowledge to understand and contribute to immediate outcomes.
Strong hands-on technical skills PLSQL, Pro*C, SQL & Shell scripting.
Rich experience in Project management, team building, grooming and ensure continuous excellence.
