Manager (Technical Support Specialist) : Drive Green Innovation and Customer Success for PIXII India

As the Manager (Technical Support specialist) in PIXII India (100% subsidiary of PIXII Norway), you will be reporting to the Director of India and Emerging Market. The overall objective of the position to make PIXII in India more attractive and supportive to customers and partners, including.

Ensuring that potential customers and partners understand and appreciate PIXII technologies and products.

Ensuring that customers and partners get solved potential technical issues or questions related to PIXII products.

You will play a crucial role in positioning PIXII's modular and functional energy storage technologies as attractive solution among system integrators, value-add resellers, and installers in India. You may be undergoing training in our R and D centres in Europe at the induction. Subsequently, You will work in a team with commercial people and other technical experts in PIXII globally. You will also work closely with PIXII's global team in R&D and Customer Success. Responsibilities

Support the sales team in India on addressing technical queries related to our bi-directional power converters and associated control and communication interfaces.

Assist with installation and commissioning of PIXII energy storage systems. This would include providing technical support, services and troubleshooting with online support from technical R & D team based in Norway / Europe

Undertake Engineering and Customization of PIXII BESS systems with support from R & D team based in Norway / Europe

Organize and conduct technical training of PIXII's customers and partners in India

Feed back to the rest of PIXII organization ideas and suggestions for technical enhancements.

Lead the customization of our Battery Energy Storage Systems to be in line with Indian regulations and grid codeetc, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee the implementation of BESS projects from technical perspective, from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Collaborate with the R&D in Norway team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in BESS technology driving next generation DC block design, staying ahead of industry trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors in Power Electronics and communication. Masters / Phd in relevant field is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Field (3 plus years for Master's candidate)

Hands-on Experience with electrical systems, controllers, and communication equipment.

Experience in Power conversion and Electronics.

Experience in DC & AC system and its integration with batteries, BMS , auxiliaries and EMS integration is a plus

Experience inBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with a focus on Modular ESS solutions is a plus.

Experience as Field application in BESS for providing technical support for system integration, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance is an advantage.
