Job Description

1.Responsible for Procurement, deployment & Operational Management of Technical equipment at PAN India locations to ensure 100% up-time at all SBIC offices
2.Conduct periodic health check of all electrical equipment through external auditors & take appropriate action on reports, manage AMCs, assist electricians & technicians with troubleshooting the equipment malfunctioning.
3.Ensure to provide dual power source to all IT and non-IT critical equipment.
4.Support all Facility related Civil works and Projects by ensuring power, LAN cabling and other technical services are delivered on-time to meet business requirements
5.Responsible to prepare a preventive maintenance schedule for Major and critical equipment and also their implementation related reports
6.Ensure to document equipment repair & analyze historical repair, break-down and maintenance records & reports
7.Implement safety procedures and accident prevention related SOP, Guidelines for SBICs staff, vendors and technicians
8.Analyze and Improve electrical aspects of asset performance and implement associated best practices
9.Conduct regular site audits, Identify potential gaps/hot pockets and work with key stakeholders to ensure site compliance on specific building norms for SBIC offices
10.Follow EHS guidelines to evaluate upcoming SBIC sites and conduct periodic assessment of existing sites for any potential gap to cover employee health and Safety
11.Drive improvement projects- work with cross functional teams, identify right technical services and automation opportunities, inform stakeholders etc
12.Establishment & Management of central console (Hardware + application driven) for real time monitoring of all technical equipment and their health condition for timely maintenance or replacement
13.Implementation of My-fare card based access control and upgradation of controllers to enable platform for auto provisioning & de-provisioning of access control through IDAM integration
14.Drive integration of FAS and FHS with BMS for automated control, monitoring and alarm
15.Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
1.Ensure 0% tolerance on Non-Compliance to EHS norms across all offices
2.Zero/medium/high risk audit observations on Fire safety, office ergonomics, basic facilities hygiene etc
3.Adherence to Project scope, timelines, budget and CTQs
4.Uptime of all technical services on site
5.Timely and accurately update process documents
6. Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)
1.Knowledge of modern facility management practices
2.Functional knowledge of all Non IT technical equipment Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Project Management

Key Internal Stakeholder(s) All functions
Must have Qualification B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics Over All experience in role
9-12 years of post qualification experience
Relevant Experience with respect to the role
4-6 years of experience in strategizing & implementing few technical services
Experience in Business Continuity Planning & Crisis Management is preferred
Preferred Industry(If any) FSI
