Job Description for eDigital Reporting TPO
Kenvue is seeking a Technical Process Owner within the Corporate Tech and Data department. The manager will be responsible for oversight of eDigital Reporting and DART archiving for Kenvue. The role is based in Kenvue's IT center in Bangalore India.
The manager role will work closely with and partner with the Global Tax Team, SAP Customer Support, Kenvue IT, and external vendors to identify technology solutions that enable efficient, accurate, and sustainable tax reporting, compliance, and planning activities.
The TPO Manager will be responsible for-
eDigital Reporting
Lead governance of global eDigital Reporting solutioning
Research government requirements related to eDigital Reporting.
Maintain up to date inventory of eDigital Reporting requirements.
Coordinate and lead project teams to enable changes for eDigital Reporting landscape in 1S4 and legacy ECC's.
Work across RTP, Tax, and IT organizations for implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Inform key business partners with regular meetings and communication.
Propose and track budgets related to eDigital Reporting.
Lead third-party provider selection.
Act as primary contact with third-party vendors.
Ensure Kenvue xDLC requirements are adhered.
DaRT
Own entirety of DART process (gather and doc dart requirements by country, work with basis to create dart reports).
Lead governance around DART process and procedures
Coordinate testing/reconciliation with key stakeholders.
Ensure extracts are scheduled and maintained timely
Ensure proper training is provided to key stakeholders
Work closely with Basis team to ensure availability of DART files for archived years
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a preference in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a U.S. multinational corporation is required.
- Experience with SAP is required.
- Experience with DRC, EDICOM, Pagero, and other eDigital Reporting solutions is preferred.
- Ability to understand tax concepts is preferred.
- Ability to understand IT terminology is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Good organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and time is required.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and promote innovation and continuous learning within the group is required.
- Ability to foster an environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork and development of people for optimal performance is required.
- Ability to perform relevant IT and eDigital Reporting research is required.
