This is an exciting role and it entails the following
- Own end to end relationship management of Independent network & agencies allocated.
- Be a custodian of all employee lifecycle touch points spanning from Pre-onboarding till offboarding.
- Be responsible for owning & creating weekly People and Culture reports across people matters like talent retention, talent engagement, talent development & growth etc.
- Be the single point of contact for designated Network & agency from People & culture and work towards improvising the outcomes where essential
- Proactively ensure the agency related people queries are addressed well within the adhered TAT specified across employee lifecycle
- Act as a culture champion by supporting the network & agencies in conducting People & culture deep-dive sessions on employee lifecycle signature programs and identify trends to guide success.
- Assist in building and continually enhancing relationship management with Agencies by proactively identifying profitable opportunities to partner /co-partner with agencies from a people & culture stand point.
- Be the face of People & Culture team to our agency partners in handling & mitigating issues on all people matters.
- Be responsible for maintaining high standards of relationship with the agency establishing loyalty while increasing productivity, and retention.
- Identify and activate people engagement touchpoints and workflows including addressing the lack of specific people engagement to determine possible resolutions.
- Own agency relationships to ensure agency satisfaction and long-term commitment.
- Plan and drive ongoing agency strategies to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and help achieve success.
- Leverage key performance metrics such as Agency NPS to drive agency interaction, optimize People & Culture capability adoption, maximize agency retention, and ensure holistic agency satisfaction.
- Manage People & Culture projects and ongoing support issues, strategic and monthly agency planning.
- Enable success throughout the people lifecycle and perform best practices that will drive renewal and growth outcomes for designated agency accounts.
This may be the right role for you, if you have
- 13-17 Years of end to end client facing experience, global & internal stakeholder management or equivalent customer-facing role will be desired
- 12+ years of strategic HR business partnering role with global stakeholder management is a MUST
- Individual with Impeccable written & spoken English, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy is preferred.
- Should be strong in documentation & be able to present case studies across various employee lifecycle touchpoints to Network & agencies
- Advanced ability to multi-task within the people & culture team, cross-functional teams, and across global stakeholders through day to day interactions and collaborations.
- Ability to handle front line questions from agencies & respond within assigned TAT
- Should be passionate about taking ownership & solving simple to complex day to day talent problems.
- Should possess very strong analytical skills.
- Should be detail orientated, and flexible to shifts.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making that balance analysis with responsiveness for independent, solution-focused action.
- Should act as a strategic partner to the network, agency, Business unit, People and culture team.
- Knowledge in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a MUST preferable and should be proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge on talent management ,talent development, talent retention and talent engagement initiatives will be an added advantage
- Should be diligent in drafting Minutes of Meeting & track action planning with relevant stakeholders.
