Job Description Summary:

Are you passionate about nurturing talent and creating impactful learning journeys We're looking for an innovative and proactive Manager of Talent Development to join our team in Mumbai and lead programs that empower employees to thrive.

About the Role:

As the Manager of Talent Development, you will drive initiatives that promote continuous learning, skill enhancement, and professional growth. Collaborating with leaders across departments, you'll design and implement tailored learning pathways that align with our organization's strategic goals. Supported by our Head of Culture, Employee Value, and Learning & Development, you'll ensure our development programs drive engagement and performance at all levels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization where learning and development are championed by senior leadership. You'll collaborate with dynamic teams and key stakeholders to align talent initiatives with our business strategy, while leveraging technology and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful, transformative learning experiences.

This role is based in Mumbai and eligible for flexible working arrangements. Candidates should be within reasonable commuting distance to attend the office on occasional basis.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Implementation: Design and oversee comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership and onboarding, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Skills Assessment: Partner with Workforce Planning to identify skill gaps, using data-driven insights to shape relevant development initiatives.
  • Learning Pathways: Build customized learning journeys to engage talent segments and ensure growth for all employees.
  • Content Creation & Facilitation: Lead workshops and training sessions, creating impactful learning materials and integrating development goals with business needs.
  • Talent Development Campaigns: Drive awareness and participation through targeted campaigns that inspire a culture of learning.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external learning partners, ensuring they deliver value across our development programs.
  • Program Measurement: Assess and enhance program impact, continuously refining for optimal results.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize our learning management systems and digital tools to streamline and track learning outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development or HR, with a strong track record in designing and executing impactful programs. A background in financial services for a global organisation is preferred.

Technical experience:

  • Experience using Workday HR platform is mandatory
  • LinkedIn Learning would be preferred

  • A proactive individual who balances strategy with hands-on program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Organizational Excellence:

  • Exceptional time management, organization, and flexibility in managing shifting priorities.

Leadership & Influence:

  • People leadership experience
  • Track record of building strong, collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders across a diverse range of functions and geographies to achieve results.
