Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience Required

Role objective
As GM / DGM, drive strategic HR functions by aligning policies with company goals, ensuring broad understanding. Enhance learning and development through targeted training and a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate on organizational structures, job analyses, and equity evaluations. Oversee HR audits, ensuring swift closure of action items. Manage compensation structures and implement talent retention strategies. Lead the enforcement of policies preventing sexual harassment, conducting prompt investigations, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key tasks & activities
Campus Hiring
- Carry out all necessary initiatives as per the campus hiring strategy to recruit individuals from across identified campuses.
- Maintain corporate relations with key stakeholders from the campus/placement committee team
Policies & Procedures
- Create and update HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding of policies across the organization.
Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
- Design and implement training programs to address identified needs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through various initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for improvement.
Organization Structure And Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures.
- Conduct job analysis to create accurate and updated job descriptions (JDs).
- Evaluate job roles and positions to ensure internal equity and fairness.
Audit
- Support third-party agencies in conducting HR audits and supply all necessary information.
- Ensure closure of action items based on observations outlined in the audit within agreed upon timeline
Background Verification
- Conduct and oversee the background verification process for all new hires at the time of recruitment.
- Ensure a detailed report is shared with the key individuals across the organisation on a timely basis
Rewards & Recognition
- Develop and manage compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
- Implement and oversee employee recognition programs.
Financial
Ensure overall compensation to employees is within the financial budget for FY
