nJob Title:
Manager, Talent Acquisition

nResponsibilities:

  • nResponsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for specified business units.
  • nMonitor and review progress against recruitment goals and objectives, analysing recruiting activity and metrics to provide insights and take corrective action as needed.
  • nOptimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure maximum value and usability.
  • nBuild talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • nManage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and hiring vendors.
  • nImplement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • nForecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • nMaintain a good understanding of IT and non-IT domains relevant to the business.
  • nBuild a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent.
  • nDeliver hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs and costs, focusing on the agreed source mix.
  • nParticipate in projects and strategic initiatives at a team or organizational level.
  • nMentor, coach, and train team members, supporting them in achieving their targets.
  • nCommunicate hiring status and respond promptly to business queries.
  • nAct as the primary contact for all hiring managers, ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and exhibiting strong relationship-building skills.
  • nDemonstrate strong market acumen and knowledge of competitors.
  • nDrive recruitment, HR, and risk processes with adherence to defined procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data capture with minimal defects.
  • nEnsure program-level operational KPIs, agreed upon with stakeholders, are met.
  • nExhibit strong negotiation and data analytics skills.
  • nPossess good knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies, including social media platforms.

nQualifications:

  • nMBA or MSW in Human Resource Management.

nExperience:

  • n12-14 years of relevant industry experience in recruitment.
  • nExperience managing a team of recruiters.
  • nExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
