We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to help lead the growth of our Availity India office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions. You will lead a team of recruiters, guiding and supporting them in meeting hiring goals and maintaining high standards of candidate experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Availity's goals and objectives.
- Working with Human Resources leadership to track metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.
- Leading, overseeing and supervising members of the recruiting team.
- Collaborating with hiring managers in the US and India to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and culture fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Developing and maintain contacts and networks within community groups, vendors, and trade groups to expand our pipeline of qualified candidates and attract a diverse pool that represents the demographics of the marketplace.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Working with the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, utilizing data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations.
- Continuously enhancing the Availity employer brand through effective branding initiatives, including social media presence and participation in industry events.
- Collaborating with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as required, to augment the recruitment process.
- Staying updated with the latest recruitment trends, techniques, and technologies to drive innovation and enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Performing other duties, projects, or activities as specified by Human Resource leadership.
Requirements
- A minimum 10 years of proven talent acquisition experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (preferably supporting Technology organizations).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, interview techniques and offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels including online job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights and professional networks.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results oriented approach.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR Software (we use Workday).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive candidate information.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
