This team is responsible for providing 24*5 Support to IT Applications built on the latest tech stack. These applications are consumed by internal business functions for supporting Akamai customers. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver application support and services.

As Manager..Systems Support, you will lead a technical support team. You will be responsible for managing support and operations for cloud and on-prem apps. You will be working with stakeholders, internal teams to understand IT application requirements and deliver support, operations. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues, guide the team and deliver resolutions effectively.
As a Manager Systems Support, you will be responsible for-
- Leading Enterprise Operations team by providing technical mentorship, feedback and guidelines, and by organizing the work.
- Applying analytical skills and statistical insights to identify bottlenecks and challenges to drive improvements.
- Learning and gaining in depth experience on Enterprise Apps like Salesforce, Adobe Enterprise, Mulesoft, Siebel, Oracle etc.
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve issues related to Enterprise Apps
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams.
- Understanding architecture, set up processes, analyze issues for applications while working with the development team and vendor.
Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will-
- Have 12+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience working on cloud technologies, integrations, on-prem applications and managing a global support team.
- Have knowledge technologies- Linux Operating System (Mandatory), SQL, Cloud Technologies and Scripting Languages like Python, shell scripting.
- Have a track record of meeting support KPIs and SLAs, and achieving high customer satisfaction scores
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to Enterprise customers.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
