Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveillance or security management
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, equipment, and technologies
- Proficiency in CCTV operations and access control systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze surveillance data
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the surveillance operations of the company
- Develop and implement surveillance strategies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address security concerns
- Provide training and guidance to the surveillance team members
- Prepare and present reports on surveillance activities, incidents, and trends
- Stay updated with the latest surveillance technologies and recommend improvements
- Manage the budget and resources for the surveillance department
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all surveillance-related matters
