Key Deliverables
- Develop curriculum and interactive content covering key Java Full Stack topics, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, ES6, TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript, Core Java 8, Design Patterns, DevOps (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube), SQL, JDBC, JPA with Hibernate, Spring Framework, and Spring Microservices.
- Create eLearning modules and hands-on exercises, case studies, and a capstone project for a comprehensive Java development experience.
- Ensure content is consistently updated on the LMS and aligns with instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
Job responsibility
- Design training manuals, self-paced online modules, and course materials spanning foundational to advanced Java topics and software engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and select relevant training materials, leveraging real-world applications in Java Full Stack, microservices, DevOps, and database management.
- Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design (e.g., ADDIE) to create interactive and practical learning experiences.
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage, track, and enhance the learner experience.
- Integrate multimedia elements (e.g., video demonstrations, simulations) to support complex technical topics like Spring Boot, Stream API, and design patterns.
- Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback mechanisms, iterating on content based on performance data.
- Deliver occasional training sessions, ensuring clarity on challenging Java and software engineering concepts.

Education Qualifications
- BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Prior Work Experience
- 8+ years in software engineering, Java development, or technical content development.
