Manager - Structure Design

This role will be responsible for Management and Coordination of project (s) including preparing Concept and schematic schemes, Analysis, Review of Design of consultant(s), , and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for ideal candidate with 10+ years of experience (Manager / Senior Manager)
• Experience working on Residential Structures (mid to high rise buildings);
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports. Maintain accurate records of design changes, material specifications, and project correspondence.
• Code Compliance: Stay updated with industry standards, building codes, and regulations. Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10 15 years of Experience .

Expertise in working with Structural software e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, RCDC at the least.

Ideally from a reputed developer.

Willing to relocate to Mumbai
