Role Accountability
- Assist in Statutory Compliance Requirements inclusive of Fresh Procurement, renewal, amendment and closure respectively of Shops and Establishment certification , Contract Labor certification and Trade License of all SBIC premises across the country
- Assist in replying to all notices and Inspections received and notices duly closed and acknowledged by the labor and regulatory authorities
- File quarterly and annual return under CLRA and other applicable legislations for fulfilment of statutory compliances of all locations
- Provide advisory support to all the functions as and when required, with regards to compliance areas managed
- Publish weekly compliance dashboard pertaining to status of closure of filing tasks on compliance tool
- Conduct SVCL audits along with Statutory Training Sessions as per agreed plan
- Review and assist in updation of CRC decks to ensure updated information with respect to regulatory and statutory compliances is presented to the management
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
- No significant regulator penalties/fines
- Timely closure of statutory licensing/certification requirements (S&E, CLRA, Trade license etc.)
- Timely closure of SVCL audits
- Timely preparation of query responses
- Implementation of regulatory guidelines withing specified/agreed timelines
- Process adherence as per MOU
Techinical Skills / Experience / Certification (If Any)
- Ability to detect emerging compliance and industry trends and develop appropriate responses
- Ability to operate with due discretion, confidentiality, objectivity and independence
- Knowledge of regulatory environment
