To talk/email to referring doctors & amendments to be recorded & to standardize reporting formats.
Conduct meetings with all Center managers & all committee members to address issues related to Patient Care/Patient Satisfaction/Facility Issues/Staff Issues etc.
To look after quality parameters like-Critical feedback handling, Critical & General TAT Monitoring, Adverse Reactions, Staff Satisfaction, Overall Customer Complaints, Referring Doctor Charting & Referral from Hospitals, and Conduct Education Programmers.
