Job Description

  • NABH Activities, Quality, Process, Protocol & Compliance CAPA, Customer Complaint.
  • To look after Emergency facility-related issues like fire safety etc.
  • Incident/Accident reporting, Shield Verification.
  • Internal/External Quality Control Record.
  • Legal filing of documents & it should be done & made available at all canters.
  • To talk/email to referring doctors & amendments to be recorded & to standardize reporting formats.
  • Conduct meetings with all Center managers & all committee members to address issues related to Patient Care/Patient Satisfaction/Facility Issues/Staff Issues etc.
  • To look after quality parameters like-Critical feedback handling, Critical & General TAT Monitoring, Adverse Reactions, Staff Satisfaction, Overall Customer Complaints, Referring Doctor Charting & Referral from Hospitals, and Conduct Education Programmers.
  • To prepare the calendar for Committee Meetings.
  • Patient & Clinician Feedback Analysis.
  • Equipment Down Time-Consolidation.
  • To handle patient queries & grievances.
