Position:Quality Manager.
Required Experience: Minimum of 08 - 14 Years in Construction and Project Quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/civil engineering.
- Experience with quality management systems and knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Handle a quality team of large-scale project.
- Experience in Transmission line and switch yard erection and commissioning.
- Communication skills (written and verbal); and ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of drawings and layout.
- Understanding of civil engineering concepts and electrical concepts relevant to construction and installation of equipment at project sites.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools to document inspections, track non-conformances, and generate reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole team of Quality engineer at site. Assign tasks, set objectives, and monitor performance to ensure the team meets its goals.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site in-charges to align quality objectives with project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively to address any quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project quality objectives, discuss progress, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure they understand and adhere to project quality control requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to help them meet quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality plans, work plans, submittals, reports, and other project Quality deliverables.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documentation to management and project stakeholders.
- Problem solving using 8D process.
