Liaise with FICCI, CII, ASSOCHAM, IESA etc and statutory bodies like pollution control board, labour ministry etc
Monitor the regulatory and political landscape for threats and opportunities to company's business and communicate this intelligence to business leaders and functional colleagues (including provision of up-to-date, clearly written analysis of such developments, showing the impact on the business, working out scenarios and recommending appropriate action)
Track and participate in the policy formulation of the upcoming policies
Provide strategic guidance and consultation for new corporate programs, events and other experiences
Design and implement recommendations for strategic approach, policies, budget and creative direction of new events methods to transform the digital experience of company events
Manage communications and promotional materials for special events
Develop approach and methods to evaluate and measure event success. Leverage insights in the development of an annual strategy
Influence and negotiate with internal partners as needed in the best interests
Produce detailed proposals for events, eg timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets
Coordinate staffing requirements and staff briefings
Liaise with marketing and PR colleagues to promote and manage the event
Perform post-event evaluation; including data entry and analysis, and produce reports for event stakeholders
