- Allocate budgets, negotiations and agency management Coordination with Board of Directors
Communication strategy and campaign development for residential, commercial projects on- Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
MBA with specialization in Marketing / Advertising / Brand Communication
- Should have exposure to the creative development process, including content and campaign
Having strong creative bent of mind, with an ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility- Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
Great interpersonal skills, should be a team player & superior level of people management
