Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage social projects under Jainam Jivika Foundation: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of social projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational goals: Formulate strategic plans and operational procedures to guide project implementation, ensuring they contribute to the overall objectives of Jainam Jivika Foundation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion: Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues to keep the project on schedule.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently: Oversee financial planning, budget allocation, and resource management to ensure cost-effective project execution within the allocated budget.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management: Compile detailed progress reports, including financial status, project achievements, and future plans, and present them to senior management for review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent: A postgraduate degree in social work or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in social project management.
- Proven experience in managing social projects, preferably within the Jain community: At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading and managing social initiatives, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the Jain community.
- Strong leadership and team management skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software: Knowledge of and experience with project management tools and software to streamline project planning, execution, and monitoring.
