Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager at Sharp & Tannan Group. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic guidance to the team. The role is primarily located in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of assurance, consulting, GRC, and taxation domains
• Experience in managing teams and providing strategic guidance
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant)
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
