Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with expertise in both bulk hiring and specialized recruitment for non-technical and technical roles. The TA Manager will be responsible for managing multiple positions simultaneously and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
Handle bulk hiring initiatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high- volume roles.
Recruit for both non-technical and technical positions, understanding the specific requirements of each.
Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, with a focus on bulk hiring and specialized recruitment.
Strong understanding of both non-technical and technical roles and their specific requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful hires in bulk and specialized recruitment.
