Manager/ Senior Manager - Product Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager - to join our team at (Veraval) Shapar - Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and be able to lead and execute product marketing strategies for Captain Tractors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions to differentiate tractors in the market.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.

Create and manage product messaging and positioning.

Develop pricing strategies and monitor pricing trends to maximize profitability and market share.

Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and optimize product portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and sales to bring new products to market.

Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market insights and customer feedback.

Track and report on product marketing performance metrics

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field

8-12 years of experience in product marketing in India

Strong understanding of the Indian Tractors Sales Industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience in market research and analysis

Strong project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
