A global investment and technology development firm with a significant presence in the world's capital markets is seeking a resourceful candidate with solid exposure to performance management to join our Core Human Capital (CHC) team in Hyderabad as a Manager/Senior Manager. The Performance Management team is responsible for designing and deploying performance management processes.
What You Will Do Day-to-Day-
- Lead the Performance Management COE team, working with firm leadership and stakeholders to continuously evaluate and execute performance management processes.
- Manage, manipulate, and draw insights from performance trends to evolve the meritocracy culture.
- Develop peripherals of the performance management system, such as the competency framework and appraisal platforms, to ensure effective deployment.
- Maintain data and generate necessary analytics to enable strategic and tactical interventions related to performance management processes.
Who We Are Looking For-
- 7-9 years of relevant HR experience with expertise in performance management.
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end performance management processes.
- Ability to build a culture of feedback and high-quality performance delivery.
- Technical depth on performance management concepts and modern tools/platforms.
- Expertise in data management and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in COE role and team management skills are advantageous.
- Exposure to building or rebuilding performance management systems is encouraged.
