Qualification
Basic : Graduate (Preferably having Pharma, Medicine or Chemistry background)
Desirable : B.Pharm/ B.Sc / B.Sc Chemistry, MBA Marketing/Finance/International Business/International Trade

Responsibilities
Business Development
- Manage API business in assigned territories and achieve budgeted sales & growth
- Formulate strategy to drive business growth in assigned regions
- Add new customers for APIs produced by Unichem
- Manage a network of channel partners and end customers
- Travel within India & internationally to meet customers for BD initiatives.
- Project Management New customers, new opportunities
Business Operations
- Manage a team and develop them for effective customer relationship management
- Work closely with SCM, Production, QA & RA in order to respond effectively to customer requirements and ensure customer delight
- Arranging customer audits and regulatory audits.
- Effectively manage receivables.
Desired Skills
- Experience with proven expertise in handling API business India markets and emerging markets.
- Strong knowledge and insights about the regulatory filings.
- Efficient in managing existing businesses and customer's portfolio.
- Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.
- Ability to try new approaches when faced with challenges.
- Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
