Only candidates with scientific writing experience are welcome for this role. Medical Writing experience will not be considered.

Job Description:

• Research, ideation and development of scientific content that translates complex science into compelling messages and showcase Aragen's expertise in various areas of drug discovery and development for small and large molecules.
• Write/proofread/edit scientific content with a clear understanding of the target audience and in the right tone of voice.
• Versatility in developing content for multiple formats, blogs, case studies, POVs, white papers, print collaterals, website etc.
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple content development projects across multiple domains/therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of SEO, key word research is important; knowledge on HTML/any content management system (WordPress) is an added advantage.
• A self-starter with an ability to plan and organize priorities, build and nurture relations with internal stakeholders, identify content creation opportunities, develop drafts and get it reviewed by the respective internal SMEs.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills to facilitate partnerships and interfaces between all groups involved in delivery of writing assignments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
• Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and provide effective direction to others; can quickly evaluate the resources necessary to accomplish a goal and put those into action.

Educational qualifications:A Ph.D. in any of the life sciences domains (scientific background with good understanding of the drug discovery and development process)

Experience:atleast 3 years of experience in developing scientific content

Excellent command over oral and written English (esp US English) including grammar, sentence construct, punctuations etc
