Job Description :

• Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers who are in need of loans, which could involve cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Consultation: Understanding the financial needs of customers and recommending suitable loan products based on their circumstances
• Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of various loan products offered by the institution, including terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Sales Process: Guiding customers through the entire loan application process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
