We are searching for a talented and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our sales processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and providing insightful data analysis to support sales growth. You will be a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, and a champion for continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with Sales/Business leadership & Marketing teams to develop and execute effective trade incentive schemes
- Oversee the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and implement sales automation tools and reporting systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the various databases
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals and develop strategies for achieving them
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment
- Stay up-to-date on industry and competitor trends and best practices in sales operations
- Train and coach the sales team on processes and tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Proven track record of success in optimizing sales processes and driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/C4C) and sales automation tools
