Job Description

  • The incumbent would be required to maximize sales and profits of the category and achieve sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
  • The role involves managing Vendors/Suppliers/OEMs for the assigned category products and requires strong understanding of products, distribution channel, strategic sourcing and extensive usage of data analytics .
Role Responsibilities
  • Primary responsib le for selling of IT products , Laptops , Desktops , workstations , servers etc . at the location and areas in and around the identified location and r elationship b uilding for generating sales.
  • Drive business growth in InstitutionaInvestor Space for the Company.
  • New Client Acquisition across relevant Corporate Investor Categories (Large, Medium and SME).
  • Liaising with Corporate / D istributors / B anks / I nstitutions / SMEs for IT and Appliances sales
  • To penetrate altargeted key accounts and originate up-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • ChanneDevelopment networking skills for achieving ChanneSales
  • Target Government institutes and colleges to develop sales .
  • Leverages the organizations relationship with existing institutionaaccounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives

Qualification Experience
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
2-4 years of work experience, preferably in IT Hardware organization, preferably in PC industry
Experience in working with IT channepartners and distributors/VARs
Experience in on-boarding and managing vendors
Knowledge/ Skills
Excellent Sales/Business Development skills
Strong communication and analyticaskills
High leveof ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
Education
B. Tech / MBA
