The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving business ecosystems and should have a vision to transform a traditiona base oitrading into a more efficient data drive n . He/She s hould have good exp in dealing with base oils or lubricants.
Role Responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset to start from scratch and leverage their experience to build sustainable business
- Identifying on-boarding channepartners to scale up Moglixs business in assigned region/ Category nurture them to increase the wallet share
- Customer eccentric approach for long term relationship building
- Understand the credit profile of the manufacturing units before on-boarding to reduce the credit risk and nurture them with good credit behaviour
- To keep abreast with the category and product knowledge whether it is import or domestic buying
- Must be aware about the latest market development and work on micro market strategies to counter competition
- Understand pricing nuances of base oils and other allied products to maximize the value generation
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders for timely delivery of orders customer NPS
- Follow-up with channepartners to ensure on time payment against the credit
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
