Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with APAC based BU Leads/ Stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate delivery of team. The role will require the candidate to understand and lead team members responsible for data management and streamlining, creating customized dashboards, generating client level reports, manage CRM systems for the teams. The candidate will also be responsible for team management including overseeing team's performance, skill development.

Candidate should have exemplary prioritizing skills, attention to detail along with a strong knowledge of databases, reporting tools and CRM systems.

Multitasking abilities along with a proactive and flexible approach with senior level stakeholders

Attention to detail with excellent quality control capability.

Flexible workstyle and ability to work in high-pressure situations.

What this job involves:

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales Operations and responsible for managing APAC team's stakeholders, clients, fee earners and BU Leads including communication, planning and deliverables.

Leading a high performing team (10 - 12 members): Provide timely feedbacks, recommend trainings, build performance efficiency and constructive communication with team members.

Ensuring effective governance, processes, CRM systems, tools, reporting metrics, adherence to SLAs and TAT.

Create workflows and SOPs and manage databases, CRM tools for reporting analytics.

Reporting and presentations: Creating various reports, dashboards or presentations for the clients, stakeholders for regions and accounts, various business line leaders and team.

Sounds like you

  • Manage senior professionals / stakeholders and their expectations in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with quality control, TAT and SLA reporting, strong stakeholder management
  • Experience in creating SOPs and workflows.
  • Proficient user of Salesforce, Advance Excel, SharePoint administration, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerPoint etc.

Employee specification

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration with 14-15 years of professional experience in leading operations team
  • 9 AM 6 PM IST
  • Work Location: Gurugram
